Equipment Maintenance

A solid maintenance program is the key to the reliability of your equipment. Our Field Services team provides outage planning and scheduling services for all of your maintenance events such as combustion inspections and hot gas path inspections. Additional service offerings include:

• Control system calibration

• Turbine mechanics support
• Balance of plant (BOP) maintenance
• Pre and post peak season inspections
• Alignments

SSISB begins with a pre-outage meeting in order to successfully execute a mobilization and outage plan. Midway through the program, we provide a mid-outage meeting and/or report to show you the progress being made during your maintenance event. After the maintenance has been completed, we will conduct a post-outage meeting and deliver a final outage report.

SSISB’s customer service organization provides a broad range of services to support all of our products. For immediate on-site technical assistance, representatives are stationed at field offices around the world. In addition to our Customer Help Desk that is operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week, special teams are always available for on-line maintenance. Other support services include technical publications, maintenance training, lease programs, warranty administration and support equipment sales.

Our Customer Support team is worldwide and world class and is working continuously to exceed our customers' expectations with quality services, unmatched responsiveness and innovative cost-savings programs.

We offer after-sales service support to warranty and out-of-warranty mechanical components including calibration, diagnostics, supply of spare parts, upgrade, and resetting. We extend manufacturer warranty on equipments under limited warranty, subject to the conditions set by the manufacturer.
