Nor Akmanizam has an extensive background in the financial & engineering services industry. His last corporate position was Executive Vice-President of Metro Engineering Services. His career spanned both retail and corporate sector, where he successfully led significant organizational changes. His previous roles included General Manager, Strategic Planning, and Senior Vice-President, Commercial Engineering Services. He has a MBA from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario . |

Sharman was appointed to the SSI Board of Directors in July, 2004, after spending his 3-year aircraft engineer career with MicHar Aviation. His work involved dealing with several of the firm's largest clients in its major offices, making stops in South East Asia . He was a Group Managing Partner for SSI where he then divested majority of shares to third party buyout for expansion purposes along with Atlantic Security. He holds a B.Eng (Hon.) from the University of Science Malaysia and earned his MSc from the Western Ontario University . He remains the Vice President and CEO of SSI Group and is a member of the Society of Allied Weight Engineers.

| Mr. Zamree Omar Omaya @ Abdul Manan |
Director of Finance & Human Resources
Mr. Zamree has been practicing as a financial consultant with Altus Helyar Cost Consulting, a Division of Altus Group Limited, where he is currently a Director. He and his firm have provided advice to building owners, architects, financial institutions, and all levels of government. That advice deals with construction issues, construction costs, contract administration, and other matters as they relate to optimizing value, acquisition and disposition of assets, and controlling risk on real estate development and construction projects. He is responsible for the HR function at SSI, which includes recruitment and organizational development, compensation, benefits and pension, training and development, employee relations, and legislative compliance. |

Tengku Safarin Sandy Tengku Sanuji |
Director of Marketing & Operations
Mr Safarin Sanuji was appointed to the SSI Board of Directors in January 2006. From 1998 until his appointment in 2006, he has served as Managing Director of Alfatech Resources. He is a past director of the Metropolitan Sdn Bhd and a former Director of MetroKellys, an organization providing education and neighborhood securities. He practices general corporate and banking law, tax incentive structuring, real estate, mergers and acquisitions for foreign investors, and government relations. He holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Mechatronic Engineering. |
