EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr Sharman K. Michael

Sharman K. Michael, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of Directors on 20 July 2004. He is the major shareholders of SSISB, and was also appointed as the Executive Chairman of the group on the same date.

He has over 7 years of vast experience in the business industries. He completed his degree in Engineering at University Science Malaysia. He then joined SSISB and has since then been appointed to key positions. He has gained wide experience in the service industry and mechanical engineering fiels applications.

Sharman K. Michael does not have any conflict of interest with the Company. He attends to the day-to-day operation of the company and its group. He also had responsibility from time to time for all of SSISB's sales and manufacturing functions, and for all corporate staff functions, including, among others, human resources, information technology, benefits, legal, treasury, tax and credit and collections.

DIRECTOR & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Annie V Sinniah

Annie V Sinniah is responsible for managing the Company's finances, including accounting, reporting, controls and procedures, capital structure design, and risk management. She is also charged with performing due diligence on new customers and assists with the banking, leasing, and investment banking community for the purpose of maximizing shareholder value.

Responsible for financial structuring and reengineering including structuring of business/inventory financing deals as part of innovative supply chain solutions. Lead in the structuring, negotiating and executing of M&A and JV deals. Lead in business analysis and financial dashboard for operational and strategic decision-making. Final responsibility for statutory accounting, tax matters and budgetary control for all entities including compliance with local regulations in the region. Key member of the local Management Team in developing and executing strategic direction for the Group, consistent with the Corporate Strategy.
