Key features

The Pallet Exchanger is designed to eliminate any manual handling when you need to transfer your load from pallet to pallet , wood to plastic. Once the load is placed in the changer at the touch of one button your load is supported from top and sides.

Incorporated into all three clamp tables is Payne‘s unique precision clamping system thus ensuring no damage to load.

Payne Pallet Exchanger also includes pallet alignment thus keeping your new pallet centre to load. An important fact when placing in racking.

Your old pallet is then placed safely down to the ground whilst being held within clamps. You can now remove and replace your pallet with ease. Reset the light barrier and press start.

Your new pallet returns to base of load. Then with no intervention brings your load back to start, smooth and safe.

Due to the nature and design of this Payne Pallet Exchanger it comes with auto controls only. As always it has 2000mm high safety guards fitted with our "reer" pedestrian light barrier system as standard.

Key features

The MSL Inverter clamps with two tables and then rotates 180 degrees. It can be loaded at floor lever via small ramp to front.

The MSL has been designed to take a 1500kg load capacity.The controls are a basic hold to run solenoid control, operated from a small boom to the front or to side of guards. 2000mm high guarding is fixed to and around the machine.

It does not need to be a fixed installation so therefore is simple to move around warehouse if required. Maximum load accommodation is 1940mm closing to 925mm. Table size 1300mm x 1200mm. Overall machine size with guarding 3000mm x 2440mm.

Full installation with guarding bolted to floor and light barriers to front is an option that can be chosen.

The Triple ‘L' Pallet Inverter clamps with two tables and then inverts 180 degrees.

This machine is loaded at floor level with or without a ramp depending on the application. The Triple ‘L' Inverter is suitable for all products and has the added benefit of twin clamping tables to allow large and small loads to be accommodated.

The Triple ‘L' is manufactured in one basic size 500mm
to 2000mm load accommodation, but can be built to accommodate customers personal requirements.

The Pallet Retriever clamps with one table then inverts the load 95 - 115 degrees. This machine can be loaded
at floor level with no assistance from a ramp or pit.

The Retriever is suitable for all blocked loads. Designed for quick pallet exchange where products need to retain original orientation. It can be used in conjunction with Payne‘s freezer spacers to remove them after freezing.

The Retriever is manufactured in three basic sizes but can be built to accommodate customers personal pallet retrieval requirements.

Key features

The pile turner / stack turner is a machine to turn anything from paper, foil sheets, stacks of card or large sheets of board. All these machines are built around the same design principles.

However with the vast range of load sizes to accommodate they are manufactured to personal requirements. With capacities from 500Kg they can cater for small or large formats.

These machines can be loaded at a raised height with fork lift truck or floor loading with pallet truck. This type of Inverter can be built as part of an automatic inline system also.
